Darn Computer

First, our computer is on the fritz, I'm pretty sure it's retaliating against me from all the pictures I put on it's hard drive! (Have no fear, my babies' pictures on backed up on an external hard drive lol). My point - you will have to excuse any grammatical errors as I am posting from my phone this time. Our new computer should be here next week and then it's game on!

Anyways, just thought I would update you :) I will do a photo update with new updates on the kids once our computer is up and running!

Picture Update

I haven't posted any picture updates on the kids since Bubby turned 2 months and Boogie turned 2 years..... so I thought this post was way overdue! Enjoy :)

We took a trip to the Biltmore Estate on a nice day in February

Before we moved out of our apartment and into our new house, we moved Boogie into her new big girl bed! The quilt set is from Pottery Barn - I got a great deal on it in a local yard sale swap! She was SO excited about her new bed!

This is right around Bubby's 3 month birthday 

How cute is that? I nursed him to sleep and laid him in his swing so I could get some packing done... and when I checked on him he had propped his arm up like this!

Right after we moved into our new home. He got to try out his jumparoo for the first time!

He is almost as big as his sister... he's about 4 months here.

Happy First Easter Bubby! I didn't get any pics of the kids in their Easter outfits... it was rainy and COLD this year! However, you can see their outfits in the Father's Day pictures further down in this post!

This is an older picture from May, not sure why I can't get it to move up! Anyways, this was Boogie's first time fishing with Daddy.

Well, there you go! Now I hope to be a little more frequent with my updates, including pictures! Boogie is almost completeley potty trained now, we have occasional accidents but I'll take that over the frequent ones we were having! She is such a smart little girl, she continues to amaze me with her vocabulary and interests. Right now she is really into Doc McStuffins (and she still loves princesses of course) and she goes around talking about using her otoscope, checking your ears and eyes, giving diagnoses, etc. LOL! Bubby is almost 7 months old and he is a big sitting up boy with FOUR teeth.... possibly two more trying to cut through. He's eaten bananas, avocado, green beans, carrots, and peas so far. He's not a huge fan of banana, but he'll eat it anyways. He weighed 17lbs at his last check up and was healthy :-D Until next time....

October Update and Maternity Preview

As promised, I am finally updating with all of our fun activities and updates from October! As of yesterday I have (almost) completely finished my classes... I took my final exams and I'm praying I did well! All that's left now are 3 labs which I'm hoping to complete tonight! So yay! If all goes well and I pass (oh please!) then I will have officially completed my Associate in Arts Degree!

Now... here are lots of pictures and such from October and a few pictures from our maternity shoot!

And finally ended October by visiting Papaw and Mawmaw to get ring pops!

Elah had a blast in October and she continues to grow and amaze me! November is going to be life changing for her but I can't wait to see how she grows and changes in these next few weeks!
