Glade Expressions Collection Review & Giveaway

I was incredibly excited that I was given the opportunity to review these new Glade products! We are huge fans of candles and oils to make our home smell wonderful, so this was a new kind of fragrance holder to try! I used some coupons to purchase two of each product. The products in the picture above are the same fragrance... aka Pineapple and Mangosteen. I bought that fragrance in the fragrance mist along with Cotton & Italian Mandarin. Both are wonderful. We have been using the Pineapple and Mangosteen in the bathroom where we keep Boogie's pail of dirty cloth diapers.... it's been a big help in that smelly department! The Cotton & Italian Mandarin I use in our room where the changing table is, it's great to have a spray right there on hand to spritz after changing a stinky diaper! It's also nice to be able to take the labels off of the refillable holder so that it's just a decorative white spray bottle! I bought the other two scents in the oil diffusers, those are Fuji Apple & Cardamom Spice and Lavender & Juniper Breeze. I really liked the Apple & Spice scent at first, but after leaving it in our living room for a while it's not as pleasant. It's not an overwhelming scent, but it just seems to be too much Cardamom perhaps after a while? The Lavender is in our room and we love it. Lavender is very calming and relaxing, so it's great to keep in the bedroom!

Here are some facts about these products (taken directly from the BzzAgent Glade Expressions Collection Campaign Page):

The Glad Expressions Collection is inspired by art and designed to be left out on display. These authentic easy-to-use home fragrance products release scents that open up note by note, filling your home with lightly layered fragrances and inviting life in. The breakthrough includes two unique, refillable products:
  • Glade Expressions Fragrance mist comes in a chic holder that blends with your decor for a burst of fragrance that's always out and available. Simply squeeze to release a long-lasting, light mist of fragrance; then refill the holder with your favorite true-to-life scent.
  • Glade Expressions Oil Diffuser releases authentic and exotic fragrances without having to plug in or find batteries. The trendy holder matches decor perfectly - and is also refillable - making it an effective, stylish option for layering true-to-life fragrances in all of your living spaces.
The fragrances include:
  •   Cotton & Italian Mandarin - open your home with the bright, breezy blend of cotton and sparkling citrus, honeydew and sandalwood. (Only available in the fragrance mist)
  • Fuji Apple & Cardamom Spice - a ripe, spicy blend of sweet pears and crisp apple with a dash of cinnamon and clove that warms and invigorates.
  • Lavender & Juniper Berry - lush lavender blends with fresh juniper berry, eucalyptus and rose to relax the senses and open your home.
  • Pineapple & Mangosteen - envoke a tropical paradise with the blend of freshly cut pineapples and hint of tanky mangosteen, creamy coconut and passionflower.

Both products can be found at most retailers, I found mine at Target with the home cleaning products... where you usually find Glade products, and other brands of aerosol sprays and candles.

I have a slew of coupons left to giveaway... 9 for each product. $4 off the diffusers and $2 off the fragrance mists. So, to receive these coupons ALL you have to do is comment on this blog post with the fragrance you want to try! The first 9 people to do so will receive a coupon for EACH product! I will mail them on Friday morning, the 14th of September! So comment below to enter! And please remember to add your email address to your comment! Makes it much easier to contact you :)

UNREAL Candy Review and GIVEAWAY!

I was given the opportunity to review this amazing candy brand! Unreal candy is devoid of artificial ANYTHING, corn syrup, and hydrogenated oils. The chocolate is REAL, the peanut butter is REAL, the caramel is REAL, even the colors for the candy coated bites are from completely natural sources! How awesome is that?
I used our coupons to get one of each candy for J and I to try... and Boogie tried some too!
First up is...

This is Unreal 5 (red) and Unreal 8 (purple). The purple is a chocolate caramel peanut nougat bar and here is the nutritional info for you:
5g fiber
5g protein
90mg sodium
12g fat
17g sugar
200 calories
SO good. It's similar to a Snickers bar, but the flavor is outstanding! The perfect balance of sweet and salty! The red is a chocolate caramel nougat bar, so essentially the same as the purple but without the peanuts. It's similar to a Milky Way, this was J's favorite. Here's the nutritional info for this bar:
5g fiber
4g protein
130mg sodium
7g fat
19g sugar
170 calories

Next, we tried the peanut butter cups, aka the Unreal 77.

This wasn't J's favorite, however he is used to sweetened, processed peanut butter. The peanut butter in these cups is absolutely REAL. It's NOT smooth, so the texture may throw you off a bit, but they were SO good. Nutritional info:
3g fiber
5g protein
115mg sodium
12g fat
11g sugar
190 calories

Last, but definitely not least, we tried the candy coated chocolate pieces.

The top bag is Unreal 41 (blue), these are similar to plain M&M's. This is the one we let Boogie try... let's just say she is a HUGE HUGE... HUGE fan. She kept signing "more" and saying "pwetty pweety pwease more!" J is NOT a fan of M&M's, but he did say that they are better than M&M's, but he prefers the nougat bars! I thought these were delicious! The chocolate is so yummy, and the colors are amazing! I wish I had taken a picture of the pieces, they have a natural look to them, they are not bright and vivid like M&M's but more earth like tones. Nutritional info for Unreal 41:
3g fiber
4g protein
35mg sodium
10g fat
19g sugar
190 calories

The bottom bag is Unreal 54 (green) and these are similar to Peanut M&M's. These were MY favorite. Sweet and salty are a pregnant lady's best friend! Even J thought these were pretty good! Nutritional info:
3g fiber
6g protein
20mg sodium
11g fat
16g sugar
200 calories

So... I highly HIGHLY recommend this candy, and guess what? I have THREE coupons to share! These coupons are BOGO Free! And one lucky winner will receive all three coupons so that they can try all five flavors and get an extra pack to share! These candy bars are about $1.19 at CVS, but you can also find them at several different locations including: Michaels, Walgreens, Kroger, Rite Aid and several more stores!  Head on over to Get Unreal to learn more about this new candy brand! **CLOSED**Bic Soleil Savvy Razor Review and Giveaway

I was not only given the opportunity to review the Keurig K-Cups in my previous blog post by BzzAgent, but I was also sent this new disposable razor from Bic! I was pretty excited about trying this because during this pregnancy my leg and underarm hair has become courser and harder to shave... it grow back faster, and it's just a pain. I mean really, it's hard enough shaving with this growing belly, I don't want to have to do that EVERY day! This razor is one of the best I've used, it leaves my legs shiny and smooth for THREE days before I have to shave again, I no longer have to go back over to catch leg hairs that my old razors would miss, and the razor stays sharp longer. My only complaint is that because this razor is sharper I've cut myself several times... BUT that's because I'm so used to using crappy disposable razors and not this "high tech" disposable razor. Ha!

Just the Facts
  • Each BIC Soleil Savvy package contains one disposable handle and four refillable cartridges
  • The razor's handle includes a rubber grip for added control
  • Triple-blade heads feature flexible blade technology and lubricating strips with Vitamin E
  • Pivoting heads are made to follow a woman's contours and provide a super-close shave
  • Available at grocery stores, drug stores and mass retailers (like Walmart) for a suggested retail price of $7.49
Savvy Ladies say NO to pricey refills! BIC Soleil Savvy cartridges are not sold separately. Simply buy a new package (complete with handle and cartridges) at the same low price when you're finished with your current one. Need some tips to keep those legs shiny and smooth? Shave at night! Shaving removes dead skin cells and the superficial layer of skin. While this process is healthy, it reduces your skin's defenses for a couple of hours. Shaving at night gives your skin time to recover its strength and suppleness to resist irritation. Also remember to always use shaving cream or gel, shave with CLEAN skin, and use a sharp blade! (Facts and tips provided by Bic Soleil BzzGuide).

Want to win a $3 coupon!? I have EIGHT to giveaway! Just fill in the Rafflecopter after 12:01am tomorrow (July 4th) for your chance to win one (or more) coupons!

APPARENTLY NO ONE WANTED ANY OF THESE AMAZING COUPONS... BUT THAT'S OK... MORE FOR ME!

**CLOSED**Keurig Iced Coffee and Tea Review AND GIVEAWAY!

As a BzzAgent I get opportunities to review products of various sorts... this however was my FAVORITE product by far! We purchased a Keurig Single Cup Coffee Brewer in February after having tried it at my mom's house, we loved that we could make single cup servings of coffee, teas, or hot chocolates without wasting an entire pot (we don't drink a LOT of hot drinks, but we do drink 1-2 a day each, and a regular sized coffee pot is way too much for us!). We've tried lots of different flavors and brands of coffees, I've enjoyed some different hot teas, and I love love love the various hot chocolate flavors as well! What do we love more than hot drinks? ICED coffee. At least, that's MY favorite. My husband's favorite is iced tea... and he hates making gallons of tea at a time, so we were very excited when I was invited to review some of Keurig's new Iced coffee and tea flavors!

In my box, I received a Keurig Tumbler, 3 boxes of 4 k-cups (each box has the same flavors: Celestial Seasonings Half and Half, Celestial Seasonings Southern Sweet, Green Mountain Coffee - Hazelnut Iced Coffee, and Green Mountain Coffee - Nantucket Blend Iced Coffee), and some coupons (which I've already shared with a few friends!)

J was very excited to try the Southern Sweet Tea so that was the first one we tried. I let him be the taste tester for the teas, I'm just not a fan of sweet tea!

He LOVED it. He loved the convenience, the taste, everything!

The second we tried was the Green Mountain Hazelnut Iced Coffee, because we didn't receive any decaf, and being pregnant I avoid caffeine if i can I only took a few sips and Justin finished it off... but OH MAN. This stuff is AMAZING. The Tumbler wasn't quite large enough for the amount of ice and creamer we wanted to add, but this drink is so good! Justin has since tried the half and half tea (black tea with lemon), he wasn't a fan and I didn't try that particular one, but he said if you're a fan of black tea then you'd probably like this one. The last flavor is the Nantucket Blend from Green Mountain, and although I haven't tried this one yet, I have tried the hot version and it's delicious!

Thanks to my official BzzGuide I have some facts to share with you...

Just the Facts
  • Specially blended to brew directly over ice using the 6oz or 8oz setting on any Keurig K-Cup brewer
  • Available in nine expertly blended iced coffee and iced tea flavors
  • Green Mountain Coffee varieties include Nantucket Blend, French Vanilla, and Hazelnut
  • Celestial Seasonings Perfect Iced Tea varieties include Southern Sweet, Half and Half, Sweet Raspberry, Sweet Lemon, Sweet Peach, and Unsweetened Black. Personalize the iced coffees any way you want, and enjoy the already-sweetened iced teas on their own

This post brought to you by Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.
I'm always shocked at some of the high prices on prescriptions that my dad has to take, being a diabetic he needs certain medications to keep his sugar stabilized. Insurance only covers so much, and whatever is left has to be paid out of pocket! In this economy.. that's tough. On top of his prescriptions, he also has to have supplies to test his sugar levels as well! Luckily, pharmacies such as Walgreens has special offers and memberships that can help with those costly prescriptions!
Walgreens is offering a special discount on their annual membership for it's Walgreens Prescription Savings Club. For $10 a year a family membership covers everyone in your immediate family. This includes your spouse, any dependents who are 22 or younger, and your PETS! Yes, you read that right... your pets. Individuals can join for a low annual price of $5 and will receive the same benefits! Joining will allow you to receive discount prices on your prescriptions!
Other benefits include:
  • savings on more than 8,000 brand-name and all generic medications

**CLOSED** Lil Miss Crafty Pants Review & Giveaway! **CLOSED**

Here we go! It's finally time to review this adorable fleece soaker from Lil Miss Crafty Pants and to have a GIVEAWAY!!! Woohoo! I KNOW you're excited! ;-)

Tricia, the owner and crafty pants extraordinaire, sent me a fleece soaker to try out on Boogie... she requested Boogie's measurements and had it done VERY quickly and I received it in the mail promptly! Super easy to work with, and she has so many other awesome products available as well. The first time I put the soaker on Boogie I used a prefold without pins or snappis.

It was a little bulk with the prefold, but the one I used is a little too big for Boogie right now anyways. Despite the bulkiness, it was VERY absorbent and the fleece was so soft and didn't leak AT ALL! I was thoroughly impressed! The second time I put it on Boogie I used a smaller sized prefold with a bamboo insert (from one of my Kawaii diapers) folded into the prefold... so basically it was trifolded and placed in the soaker. I was a little worried it would leak this was but to my surprise, even after taking a 2 hour nap the prefold was soaked but the Fleece Soaker had kept me (because she was sleeping on me lol) and Boogie dry!

Boogie seemed to be very comfortable, she rolled around as usual and I love that the soaker doesn't leave marks on her like some of our pocket diapers do. I would recommend using fitted diapers inside the soaker, I think it would be easier to put on if using one of those rather than prefolds... but it did it's job nonetheless!

How cute is that? After washing it held up really well, of course with it being fleece you see normal wear after washing, but it remained soft and cushy! So, want to win one?
